Inspection with Care
An AI visual inspection cell is only as good as its model a year from now. Perflens Care watches for drift and retrains before detection slips.
Services
Inspection, edge hardware, machine and facility monitoring, and the lifecycle work that keeps it all accurate and secure — designed, installed and supported by one team, on hardware you own.
One integrator
In most plants, quality, maintenance and facilities each bought their own system from their own vendor. That means three gateways, three dashboards, three security reviews — and none of them share data. The camera that sees a seal defect has no idea the sealing jaw's heater is failing; the energy meter that sees a compressor running all weekend has never heard of the leak survey.
We build one layer instead. Lensnode and Pulsenode sensors feed Gatepoint gateways, everything is managed in Perflens Console, and the hardware, models and data belong to you. You can start with a single service. The second project then reuses the gateway, the network design and the security review of the first.
Vision & Inspection
Turnkey inspection cells — optics, lighting, edge compute and PLC reject logic — that catch the defects people and rule-based vision miss.

AI defect detection added to the cameras, mechanics and PLC your line already has — wired into your reject logic and MES without rebuilding the cell.

Fixed radiometric thermal and multispectral sensors that watch molds, seals, ovens and live electrical gear around the clock, instead of once a year.

Defect taxonomies, audited labels and synthetic rare-defect images, with every model validated on real parts and delivered with a model card and ONNX files.

An on-device vision-language assistant on Gatepoint G8 that answers plain-language questions about camera feeds and reject history, while your inspection models keep pass/fail authority.

Compute selection across Hailo, NVIDIA Jetson and Qualcomm Dragonwing, plus the thermal, power, enclosure and lifecycle engineering that keeps it running on a plant floor.

Custom optics, illumination and sensor housings for parts that defeat standard cameras: reflective, transparent, hot, washed down, cramped or very fast.

Embedded Linux, drivers, camera pipelines, MCU firmware and custom PCBs for equipment makers — the same discipline that goes into every Perflens node.

Vibration, ultrasound, temperature and motor-current monitoring that names the likely fault, ranks it by asset criticality and is checked by an analyst before it reaches you.

Machine-state capture from PLC tags, or from non-invasive sensors where there is no PLC, with microstops, OEE by shift and loss trees your operators help explain.

Because everything shares one platform, the useful combinations cost little extra to set up.

Condition and facility monitoring add dozens of endpoints to a network. Edge and OT security puts them in their own zone with documented conduits before the first sensor goes live.
A Lensnode T on switchgear and a Pulsenode C on the same feeder let temperature rise be compared at similar load, on one gateway.
The current clamp that tells you a machine is running also tells you its motor is drawing unbalanced current — OEE tracking and predictive maintenance share the hardware.

FAQ
Yes, and most clients do — one inspection station, one set of critical assets or one building. A Feasibility Sprint or Proof of Value proves the result before you commit to more.
Most services are delivered on the Perflens Edge Stack, but not all. Vision Retrofit reuses your cameras, and our hardware and embedded engineering services build into your own products. Models are always exportable as ONNX.
Wherever being wrong costs the most — customer escapes, unplanned downtime or energy waste. A free 45-minute discovery call is usually enough to tell which one that is.
Yes. Data centers, warehouses and commercial buildings use our thermal, condition and facility monitoring. See industries for the sectors we cover.
A 45-minute discovery call is free. Tell us about the defect, the asset or the building, and we'll tell you which service fits — or whether none does.
