Accessibility statement
We want perflens.com to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion. Here is what we have done, what we are still testing and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Found a barrier?
Email hello@perflens.com or call (470) 784-4045, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central Time. We respond within 2 business days.
Statement date: November 1, 2026
Our commitment
Perflens is committed to making perflens.com usable by as many people as possible, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We treat accessibility the way we treat reliability on a production line: as something designed in from the start and checked as things change, not bolted on at the end.
What we have done
Semantic HTML. Pages use headings in a logical order, landmark regions for the header, navigation, main content and footer, and real links, buttons, lists and tables. Screen reader users can move through a page by its structure instead of reading it line by line.
Keyboard navigation. Every link, menu, form field and interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order.
Visible focus. Whatever element has keyboard focus is clearly outlined, so you always know where you are on the page.
Color contrast. Text and interface components are designed to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios: at least 4.5:1 for normal text, and at least 3:1 for large text and for the interface components and graphics needed to understand content.
Reduced motion. If your operating system or browser is set to reduce motion, the site respects that setting and turns off or minimizes animations and transitions.
Alt text on every illustration. Each page carries an illustration, and every one has a written description of what it shows.
No video or audio. The site has no video or audio content, so there is nothing to caption or transcribe. If we add any in future, it will have captions.
How we check
We review pages with automated accessibility checks and by hand with a keyboard when we add or change content. We are extending screen reader testing across the site, starting with the interactive tools described below.
Known limitations
Interactive calculators. The downtime cost calculator and the inspection ROI calculator are being tested with screen readers. Their results update as you change the inputs, and we are checking that those updates are announced clearly and that every input’s label and units are read correctly. If either tool gives you trouble, tell us. We will gladly work through the same calculation with you by email or phone.
Spam protection on the contact form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party check that usually runs without any action from you. If it ever blocks you, email hello@perflens.com instead and we will treat your message exactly as if it had come through the form.

It helps to include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and any assistive technology you were using. We respond within 2 business days. Where a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we are doing about it and provide the information you need in another way in the meantime.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with the screen readers and magnifiers commonly used with them.
