Tools for the business case and the spec

Calculators that put a number on downtime and inspection, a glossary for the terms our engineers use, answers to the questions we hear most, and field notes written by the people who do the work.

Building a business case

Use them in this order

  1. Price the problem. Run the downtime cost calculator for the lines or assets that stop most often, or the inspection ROI calculator for the defect that reaches customers.
  2. Check the method. Read how each number is built, and what it deliberately leaves out, before you present it. Finance teams trust a conservative number they can follow.
  3. Replace the assumptions. A three-week Feasibility Sprint or a six-week Proof of Value swaps modeled defaults for measurements from your own parts and machines. Both are on our pricing page.

Turn the estimate into a measurement

Bring your calculator results to a 45-minute discovery call. We'll tell you which numbers to trust, which to test, and how a Feasibility Sprint or Proof of Value would measure them.
